Heather is a consultant with DRI. She has a wide range of
professional experiences as supervisor, trainer, therapist,
facilitator, community educator, and evaluator. Having worked in
both business and psychological positions, Heather has a strong
interest in bridging the two fields for the betterment of the worker
and the working environment. Her listening and observation skills
help her assess a given situation and aid both individuals and teams
in strengthening their strengths and addressing their developmental
needs.
Heather
has gained experience working with teams as a member of her college
orientation committee, supervisor of staff members at Ecolab, Inc.,
and participant in a faculty selection committee. Serving as a
supervisor and trainer, Heather addressed such vocational concerns
as conflict management and facilitated team development. Using
assessment tools related to intelligence and personality factors has
strengthened her vocational skills. She is excited to use these
skills to serve you in a warm and effective manner.
Heather’s primary interest is staff development, individual
coaching, and leadership training. Heather completed a Leadership
Development Program during her tenure at Ecolab, Inc. and hopes to
use the skills gained as a platform for helping others increase
awareness of strengths and developmental needs in the workplace.
