Professional consultant
with a wide range of experiences as a trainer, therapist,
facilitator, researcher, community educator, and evaluator. She has
worked on many multi-disciplinary teams and held a variety of
leadership positions. Megan’s primary interests are individual
coaching, staff development, personnel selection, and leadership
training. She uses her extensive experience with assessment
instruments to inform further development and behavior change that
will promote success for individuals, groups, and organizations. She
also continues to present her research on reintegration of soldiers
involved in the GWOT, and impact on the family, at professional
conferences across the country.

people and can quickly understand and empathize with her clients
and their needs; Passion and commitment to meeting client’s
development needs.

Leadership Development:
Working with individuals and leadership groups to identify
strength and development areas and provide real-world training
on topics including; self-awareness, effective communication,
decision-making, problem-solving, giving and receiving feedback,
and strategic planning.

Assessment:
Experienced evaluator who fairly and efficiently examines,
interprets and provides feedback information to clients from
psychological and career assessments. Strong ability to use
assessments to identify individuals’ strengths and developmental
areas and develop action plans based on their results.

Experience working with teams and organizations to identify
healthy communication patterns; Contributes to organizational
development, strategic planning and team building.
Personally, Megan enjoys photography, traveling, biking, time with
family, and running agility with her border collies (well actually,
they run her!).
