Confidentiality

DRIC values individual privacy and the respectful, proper use of work personality testing. These are powerful tools to help the organization and individuals with fit to, and success in, particular jobs.

Information for you:
Your results go only to those directly involved in the hiring decision. DRIC keeps these for no less than 7 years.
You may get a copy of your results and be asked to review and comment on them. (Are they accurate? Why so or not?)
You can stop participating at any time.
