STEP 1: SELF UNDERSTANDING
We use our work personality assessment battery, which is based in the science and
practice of Industrial/Organizational psychology, to provide you with a work personality
profile. The goal of this step is to increase personal awareness around your work
personality, which, in turn, contributes to more thoughtful and wise decisions in career
choice.

STEP 2: IDENTIFYING WHAT EXISTS
IN THE WORKPLACE
We help you define what it is you want in the workplace based on sure knowledge of who you are.
Everyone has an environment where they do best. We will provide the resources and services to define
what that environment is, how to research specific job trends and prospective employers, how to assess
the state of a business, and how to contact potential employers.

STEP 3: GETTING THE JOB YOU WANT!
This step is a plan for action. The goal is to land the job you want! We will provide help with
the practical tasks of resume writing, reference letter structuring, assessing your network,
packaging and presenting your documents to prospective employers, and preparing for interviews.
