News Highlights:

Jan 2008: On January 17, DRIC was notified that we have achieved preferred vendor status for US Government and other public organizations. Via a multiple-year General Services Administration (GSA) contract, we will provide mission-oriented business integrated services (MOBIS), including a wide variety of consulting and facilitation services. The GSA contract provides a simplified acquisition process for government clients by which they can place orders directly with DRIC, and avoid lengthy bidding and proposal processes.

Jan 2008: DRIC helps a finance industry client to find and hire key staff for its operations group. Over 900 looked at the job web site we created, 80 applied and several are well-qualified finalists and/or now new hires. DRIC used client-normed work personality and cognitive testing to ensure high IQ and EQ. Our work will continue to support effective onboarding/ orientation/training.

Jan 2008: DRIC assistance to an entire division of an academic health college at a major university leads to improved morale and positive behavior changes.

Dec 2007: Marathon County, Wisconsin hires DRIC for a five-year contract to conduct annual organizational culture surveys and facilitate action planning.

Nov 2007: DRIC conducts over 50 psychological evaluations of new recruits for the Minneapolis Police Department (CSO and recruit levels) as part of a 3 -year contract.

Oct 2007: Maureen Boxrud joins the DRIC team, working part-time to assist with administration.

DRI Consulting: Organizational Development
