The purpose of DRI Consulting's Leadership Development Program is to develop leaders at all levels, across all functional areas and career programs. Management and executive teams are encountering issues of greater complexity and uncertainty in fast-growing organizations and industries. Every organization and industry needs their employees to have sharp leadership skills because having effective leaders means lower employee turnover and increased stability, higher employee satisfaction, less customer quality complaints, and increased profitability. With decades of combined experience, our highly qualified team of consultants takes participants' unique needs seriously, and works to provide them with the most efficient and effective services possible. We have extensive professional and graduate-level training in organizational psychology, business management, information systems, and international relations. Our leadership development program is designed to meet the needs of prospective and current leaders at various stages of development. We work both with proven leaders and emerging managers/supervisors/leaders. Participants learn, grow, and develop so that they can advance their skills to be effective leaders within their organization and better meet work needs. Once testing is completed, clients often receive 100+ pages of descriptive narrative of the results, along with 4-5 hour long, spaced-out, sessions with a DRI Consultant. DRI Consultants help participants develop an action plan that sharpens their individual, team, and organizational leadership skills to advance their thinking, behavior, and actions in dealing with upcoming challenges. Action planning, as part of the leadership development program, is a valuable tool that improves the way participants accomplish tasks and communicate with others, helping them be successful in their job.
