In today's highly competitive business environment, success depends on the effectiveness of individual
leaders and their teams. DRI Consulting and Excel Enterprises offer a range of services designed to meet the
unique leadership-development needs of diverse organizations and individuals.
The Executive Leadership Lab (ExLL) is a powerful and enjoyable process designed for use by senior-level
managers who are expected to provide significant leadership within their organizations. Typically,
participants are managers of other managers. They are generally responsible for major business segments
or geographical areas. They are the people in the organization who want to enhance their leadership and
management competence and are willing to invest some time and effort to do so.

The Executive Leadership Lab focuses on how to use your job as a vehicle for dynamic and ongoing
professional development. Because the content is literally driven by you, the participant, and your
developmental needs, ExLL represents a bridge between learning in the classroom and learning on the job.
ExLL is typically offered as a 3½ - 4 consecutive day program, or the equivalent of 35 hours. When
necessary, there are options to customize other delivery formats. For example, 3½ days can be scheduled
singularly over a one- to two- month period.
Preparation for this unique Leadership Lab requires you to complete approximately 3 hours of pre-work
to gather feedback from raters, draft learning contracts, and review personal development history, career
plans and leadership challenges.
ExLL provides an intensive and interactive learning opportunity by strategically combining lectures,
group exercises, assessment instruments and individual feedback.
