Kristian Torsmyr is currently serving as a consultant at DRI Consulting. He recently completed a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of New Haven. His roles at DRIC complement his graduate training and passion for organization development, leadership development, and training. During his time in graduate school, Kristian served on the executive board of UNH’s Society for Human Resource Management chapter, and ultimately received the McGough Award for Academic Achievement in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program.

Kristian is using his skills at DRIC to assist with client consulting projects. He is most excited to learn more about the consulting trade, coaching, group-level interventions, and selection. Some of his strengths include strong communication skills, and analytical abilities.
