• By taking the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, the MBTI, FIRO-B, EQi, you will better understand what you are likely to offer to others interpersonally and what your expectations of others are – in your personal relationships and in the workplace. This small battery of tests also provides information about your emotional intelligence: how self-aware, tolerant, and resilient you are.

Path 4: Become a better leader 

• This battery of assessments tests the 3 essential areas that make an effective leader: mental ability, emotional intelligence, and leadership ability. We also examine your conflict management style and consider how your personal history and skills and interests may impact your role as a leader.

• Take our 7 mental ability tests and see how skilled you are at verbal and numerical ability, and critical thinking. The testing also indicates whether you perform better at these tasks under time pressure.
